JHTET (Jharkhand Teacher Eligibility Test) is a state-level eligibility examination conducted to determine the qualification of candidates for teaching positions in:
- Primary Level (Class 1–5)
- Upper Primary Level (Class 6–8)
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Basic Requirements
- Must be an Indian citizen
- Should not have any criminal conviction
- Must fulfill academic and training qualifications as per JHTET rules
Educational Qualification (Simplified)
For Primary Level (Class 1–5):
- 12th with 50% marks + D.El.Ed / B.El.Ed
- OR Graduation + D.El.Ed
For Upper Primary Level (Class 6–8):
- Graduation + B.Ed
- OR Graduation + D.El.Ed
