Welcome to the ACECTET Masterclass. By accessing or utilizing our website, interactive mock exams, and premium diagnostic services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our platform.

1. Platform Usage & Account Integrity

• Account responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google Authentication session.
• One-User Policy: Premium accounts cannot be safely shared. Synchronous logins across multiple browsers may result in automatic token invalidation.
• The AI Diagnostic tools and scorecard analytics provided are simulated indicators of preparedness and do not legally guarantee your success in the official Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET).

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials on this platform—including but not limited to our proprietary mock questions, detailed AI explanations, structural code schemas, and graphics—are strictly the intellectual property of ACECTET Masterclass. We strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy against:

• Scraping, copying, or reverse-engineering our Question Banks.
• Distributing our mock tests or JSON exports on third-party domains or social media groups.
• Bypassing the right-click and copy-protection DRM systems embedded within the website.

3. Premium Subscription & Billing

Our "Full Mock Exam Access" tier requires a one-time premium unlock fee (e.g., ₹99). Because the product delivered is an instantaneous, intangible digital service (immediate access to the full secure database), all sales are final and non-refundable.

4. Telemetry and Data Lifecycle

In order to provide highly accurate AI Diagnostic feedback, we utilize a temporary JSON Telemetry engine. You acknowledge that:

• Detailed question-by-question analytics are temporary and will be forcefully purged by our automated Garbage Collector exactly 7 days after the mock test creation.
• Only a core structural integer summary of your performance is permanently stored in the MySQL database.

5. Limitation of Liability

ACECTET Masterclass acts strictly as a preparatory simulation environment. We hold no official affiliation with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or the official CTET governing body. We are not liable for any discrepancies between our syllabus interpretation and the final official examination.
