Refund and Cancellation Policy

No Refund Policy

All purchases made on AceCTET are for digital products such as mock tests, question banks, and subscriptions. Once access is granted, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment due to technical error
• Payment made but access not provided due to system failure

In such cases, users must contact us within 3 days of the transaction.

Cancellation

• Users may cancel future subscriptions (if applicable), but no refund will be provided for the current billing cycle.

Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
